SaaS Sales & Client Success Representative

Gaborone / Hybrid | Part-time / Commission-based

Role Summary

SoftDayta is looking for a motivated Sales and Client Success Representative to help introduce our cloud-based business systems to finance companies, micro lenders, pawnshops, community finance groups, and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients for SoftDayta Credit
  • Book product demos with finance companies, micro lenders, pawnshops, and SMEs
  • Explain the benefits of cloud-based loan, customer, repayment, and reporting tools
  • Support new clients during onboarding
  • Follow up with leads and maintain clear sales records
  • Share client feedback with the SoftDayta product team

Requirements

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Interest in fintech, SaaS, lending, accounting, or business systems
  • Ability to speak confidently with business owners and managers
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Sales, customer service, finance, or administration experience is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn the SoftDayta platform
